Gold

Overview

Gold is one of the base features of Ages of Conflict. Each nation generates gold based off how much of each type of terrain the nation has.

Earning Gold

Each piece of Basic Land generates the base 100% amount of gold, Hills generate 30% gold, and Desert/Tundra generates 10% gold. These terrain types add up and generate their respective amounts of gold per tile. If a nation has 1000 tiles of Basic Land it will generate lots of gold, while a nation with 1000 tiles of Desert/Tundra will generate 10% the amount of gold.

War

When a nation goes into war it will stop gaining Gold and instead start losing gold rapidly, if a nation runs out of gold it will lose all combat strength and will lose the ability to fight causing the other nations in the war to easily run through the broke nations territory.

Donations

Nations in an Alliance can donate Gold to fellow Nations in their Alliance. When gold is donated it boosts the receiving Nations combat efficiency allowing them to be better in War.
