In order to upload a map to a workshop, you must first create one. You may use a pre-made [[Maps|map]] or [[Scenarios|scenario]] or just make your own if you'd like. Once finished, your item should appear with a white star next to it. Click on it, then press "Upload to steam workshop." Afterwards you should get a big menu to edit before you upload. How to upload a workshop item
