The prank announced a new version of Ages of Conflict remade entirely from scratch with all requested features, including multiplayer. The prank's name was a reference to the community's responses to many feature suggestions that were similar to features in the game Hearts of Iron IV- "literally HOI4".
Non-joke version 3.1.4 was released shortly after.
