"Europe - 1938" is one of the 4 Default scenarios based in obviously 1938 before the anschluss of Austria. The map is 350x321 with 33 and 33 Cities. Interestingly Iceland is on the map even when being a Danish Colony and reversely Andorra, Monaco, San Marino, Liechtenstein, Gibraltar (British Colony) Danzig and The Vatican are not on the map likley due to there small size. Land consists most of the map with 61,773 Pixels while water consists of 50,577 pixels with a ratio of around 4:3.
